<br /> <br />June 23, 2003 <br /> <br />RE: 1992 Cleveland Ave. <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Eggessa: <br /> <br />Two letters have previously been sent in regard to ongoing public nuisance violations at the <br />property referenced above which has been found to be in violation of Chapter 4 Section 407 of <br />the Roseville City Code. A reinspection of the property on June 20th revealed these public <br />nuisances have not been corrected. 'rhese violations include: <br /> <br />.. Several brush piles need to be removed. These are on the East. South and West sides of <br />the property and consist of cut logs and accumulated brush. This is a violation of 407.02 <br />o of the City Code. The piles of cut logs could be moved and stacked if done so in <br />compliance with 407.03 G (6" off the ground, maximum 6' high, neatly stacked and in a <br />side or rear yard). <br /> <br />. Building materials such as old plywood and corrugated sheet metal and trusses are stored <br />outside on both the East and West sides of the garage. This is a violation of Sections <br />407.02 0,407.02 L, and 407.03 H of the City Code. These materials must be placed <br />inside the garage or removed from the property. <br /> <br />.. On June 5th, after noticing a new pile of gravel in your driveway we notified you that <br />gravel is not an acceptable driveway surface and if your intentions were to expand the <br />driveway a permit was required. On June 20th it was observed that the gravel had been <br />spread and that it encompassed a larger area than the previous driveway. This is a <br />violation of703.04 B.7 and 703.02 A. Work on this new driveway must stop <br />immediately until a permit is obtained. Please bring in a site plan showing the new <br />boundary of the driveway and an approved surface material (concrete, asphalt or pavers). <br /> <br />.. The drainage swale on the North side of your property remains uncompleted. It must be <br />deeper, surfaced with a ground cover and be located totally within your property line. <br /> <br />. Plastic buckets and tubs were again noticed stored outside behind your garage. This is a <br />violation of 407.020 of the Roseville City Code.
