<br />. <br /> <br />It was also observed on June 20th that a deck, located on the front of the house, was <br />currently under construction. City code Section 901 requires permits for decks/entries of <br />this nature. Please stop all work on this structure and obtain a building permit before <br />continuing with construction. <br /> <br />Please be advised that bec~lUse of ongoing public nuisance violations, the Administrative Offense <br />Ticket enclosed has been issued against this property (which our records indicate is owned by <br />you). Payment of the ticket may be made at City Hall between the hours of 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. <br />Administrative tickets may be appealed by contacting the City Manager's office within seven (7) <br />days of ticket issuance (or postmark if received by mail). <br /> <br />As correction of all listed violations remains mandatory, additional inspections will be conducted <br />(July 8th, 2003). Should the violation continue further legal action may be taken (a <br />recommendation to the City Council that a Ramsey County Court Citation be issued). <br /> <br />Mr. Eggessa, we have received numerous complaints regarding these public nuisances and I wish <br />to impress upon you the importance of completing these corrections within the next 14 days.
