<br />3. The following information/materials must be submitted by the applicant (and determined <br />complete by the Community Development Director) ten (10) days before the application may be <br />considered by the Development Review Committee: <br /> <br />a. Application and fee of $25. <br /> <br />b. Listing of names and addresses for each contiguous property owner. <br /> <br />c. Proposed plan (1 Copy) including site plan is required. In addition, landscape <br />plan, grading and drainage plan and exterior building elevation drawings showing <br />buildings may be required as deemed necessary by the Community Development <br />Department. Such drawings shall be 8 112 xII. <br /> <br />d. Narrative: Attach an explanation of why this permit is needed, the resulting <br />impact on the neighborhood, and responses to items 9,10, and 11. <br /> <br />e.
