<br /> <br /> <br />August 27, 2003 <br /> <br />Dear Roseville Property Owner: <br /> <br />You are cordially invited to attend and participate in the Roseville Development Review <br />Committee's (DRC) Setback Permit Hearing on Thursday, September 4,2003, at 3:30 p.m., <br />in the Roseville City Hall Community Development Conference Room. <br /> <br />Robert & Joanna Slifer, 2910 Arona Street, seek approval to construct a driveway 2 feet from <br />the side yard (north) property line and a detached accessory building (garage) 3 feet from the <br />side yard (north) property line. The proposed driveway is an encroachment of 3 feet into the <br />required 5 foot side yard and the accessory building is a 2 foot encroachment into the requires <br />side yard setback. Based of the proposal a 3 foot Setback Permit is necessary to construct the <br />driveway and a 2 foot Setback Permit is necessary to construct the accessory building. <br /> <br />The Setback Permit process allows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment on the <br />proposal in writing or to comment at the above-mentioned hearing.
