<br /> <br /> <br />JAN. 2004 AT 08:00AM <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />00 <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 22nd day of September, 2003, at 6:30 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Klausing, Kough and Kysylyczyn <br />and the following were absent: Schroeder <br /> <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10146 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT IN ACCORDANCE <br />WITH SECTION 1004.01A4 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR MICHAEL <br />DAVIS, 2730 GRIGGS STREET (PF3518). <br /> <br />'}/ <br />WHEREAS, Michael Davis requested a Conditional Use Permit in accordance with <br />Section 1004.0 IA4 ofthe Roseville City Code to allow the construction of a 960 square foot <br />detached accessory building in his rear yard; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Davis residence is located at 2730 Griggs Streeet, and legally described <br /> <br />as: <br /> <br />Lot 8, Block 2, North Ridge Plat 1, <br /> <br />PIN: 03-29-23-44-0008 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 1004.01A4 establishes the criteria for reviewing conditional use <br />permits, which is as follows: <br /> <br />a. Impact on traffic <br />b. Impacts on parks, streets and other public facilities <br />c. Compatibility of the site plan, internal circulation, landscaping and structure <br />with contiguous properties <br />d. Impact of the use on market value of contiguous properties <br />e. Impact on the general public health, safety and welfare <br />f. Compatibility with the City's Comprehensive Plan <br /> <br />1- <br />
