E. <br /> <br />Department Approval: <br />TP /DPW <br /> <br />Item Description: <br /> <br />City Manager Approval Agenda Section: <br />CONSENT <br /> <br />Request by Michael Davis for a CONDITIONAL USE PERMT in <br />accordance with Section 1004.01A4 and a VARIANCE to Section <br />1004.01A3 and 1004.01A6 of the Roseville City Code to allow <br />construction of a 1,020 sq. ft. detached accessory building in the rear <br />yard at 2730 Griggs Street (PF3518). <br /> <br />1.0 REQUESTED ACTION: <br /> <br />1.1 Michael Davis, 2730 Griggs Street, seeks approval of a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />and a VARIANCE to Section 1004.01A3 (Detached Accessory Building Size) of the <br />Roseville City Code to allow the construction ofa 1,020 sq. ft. detached accessory <br />building in the rear yard for secured garage, workshop, and kennel. <br /> <br />PROJECT REVIEW HISTORY <br /> <br />. Application submitted on August 12,2003. <br />. Determined complete on August 19,2003. <br />. 60-day review deadline on October 18,2003. <br />. Staff Recommendation: Approval w/conditions - September 3, 2003. <br />. Planning Commission: Hearing/Recommendation, September 3,2003. <br />. City Council Decision: Approval w conditions, September 22, 2003 <br /> <br />2.0 SUMMARY OF RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> <br />2.1 The Community Development Staff & Planning Commission recommend approval of a <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT and 60 sq. ft. VARIANCE to Section 1004.01A3 <br />(rear yard coverage) and a 560 sq. ft.
