<br />The west building that fronts Lexington Avenue would be a mixed use building with approximately 12,000 square <br />feet ofretail on the main level and three stories above comprising of36 market rate apartments. The retail would be <br />over underground parking for the apartment units. There would be 60 parking spaces provided for the retail space, <br />which is 200 square feet of retail space per parking stall. The apartments would have one parking stall in the garage per <br />unit plus 8 uncovered parking spaces. <br /> <br />The east building that fronts Oxford Street would be a three story building comprising of 24 senior apartments with <br />underground parking. The apartments would have one parking stall in the garage per unit plus 5 uncovered parking <br />spaces. <br /> <br />This development would have a total of 24,000 square feet of retail, 132 apartment units (72 market rate plus 60 <br />senior only), and 337 parking spaces. <br /> <br />Location of an on-site storm water management pond is indicated on both schemes. A right in/right out access drive <br />to Lexington A venue is also indicated on both schemes. <br /> <br />We will be doing additional studies and coordination with other consultants, as well as trying to incorporate the <br />Planning Commissions comments.
