<br />1.7 The site will include a pond and abandonment or movement of sewer easements. Right- <br />in, right-out access to Lexington Avenue is proposed through the City-owned lot at the <br />south west comer of the project) that Mr.Reiling hopes to buy from the City. <br />Construction is slated for the spring of2004. There would be need for a plat. Mr. Reiling <br />intends to retain ownership for the family. <br /> <br />1.8 No City financial assistance is requested. <br /> <br />2.0 SUGGESTED ACTION <br /> <br />2.1 Provide comment and direction regarding the attached plans and narrative to staff and the <br />applicants. This is the first step in a 60 to 120 day planning process.
