Prior <br />to setting a meeting date with the Planning Commission, I would like to work with you and your <br />architect/engineer on the site improvements you desire. I would also like to present the <br />Development Review Committee (staff attended development review committee) with a proposal <br />once you have formulated a preliminary site plan that identifies the proposed site improvements. <br /> <br />I have included copies of the previous city approvals for Long Cadillac for your information and <br />records.
