(PF 3526) <br /> <br />1.0 REQUESTED ACTION: <br /> <br />1.1 Calvary Church, 2120 Lexington Avenue, has submitted an application for a two year <br />Interim Use Permit to allow a temporary classroom and meeting space to be created in an <br />on-site garage on the east side of a residence the Church owns at 1039 Parker Avenue. <br /> <br />1.2 <br /> <br />PROJECT REVIEW HISTORY <br /> <br />· Application submitted on September 9,2003 <br />· Determined complete on September 10, 2003 <br />. 60-day review deadline on November 10, 2003 <br />· Staff Review: Approval - October 1, 2003 <br />· Planning Commission: Hearing October 1, 2003 <br />· Anticipated Council Action October 20, 2003 <br /> <br />2.0 SUMMARY OF RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> <br />2.1 The Community Development Staff recommends approval of the request by Calvary <br />Church for a 24 month Interim Use Permit allowing the installation of a temporary <br />classroom and meeting space in a residence owned by the Church, located at 1039 Parker <br />Avenue. <br /> <br />3.0 SUGGESTED ACTION: <br /> <br />3.1 By motion recommend approval (see Section 7 for more detail). <br /> <br />Background, Staff Comments/Findings, Detailed Recommendation, and Suggested Planning Commission <br />Action on following pages. <br /> <br />PF3526 - RPCA 100103 - Page 1 of4 <br />
