<br />g. The temporary classroom structure (stucco finish) must be maintained and <br />painted/sided to blend with the exterior of the existing adjoining residence. <br /> <br />h. All trash and recycling containers shall meet Section 1010.11 C of the Roseville <br />City Code; trash container storage shall be off-site or within the structure. <br /> <br />i. The Interim Use Permit being null and void after 6 months should Calvary Church <br />not receive the necessary building and occupancy permits through the Roseville <br />Community Development Department. <br /> <br />j.
