Storage of Vehicles: Storage of vehicles shall not interfere with the safe and efficient access and <br />3 circulation of vehicles and pedestrians on site. <br />4 6. Office Building Location Restrictions: If located in an office building, only small vehicles may <br />5 be rented or leased and the parking spaces, signage and other visible evidence of the rental or <br />6 leasing business shall be compatible with the office setting. (Ord. 1099,8-26-91); amd.1995 Code) <br /> <br />7 1005.09: AUTOMOBILE SERVICE STATIONS AND CONVENIENCE STORES SELLING <br />8 FUEL: <br /> <br />9 Automobile service stations shall conform to the following standards: <br />lOA. Surface Covering: The entire site, other than that taken up by a structure or planting, shall be <br />11 surfaced with asphalt or concrete. <br />12 <br />13 B. Drainage System: A drainage system subject to the approval of the Public Works Director shall be <br />14 installed. All drainage systems shall include an oil elimination catch basin. <br />15 <br />16 C. Parking and Service Areas and Curbs: No parking or service area shall be less than five feet (5') <br />17 from a property line and a box curb shall separate the public sidewalk from such parking and/or <br />18 service areas except at approved entrances and exits. <br />19 <br />20 D. Pump Islands and Canopies: The center line of pump island and the outer edge of the pump island <br />21 canopy roof shall be a minimum of twenty five feet (25') from a property line. <br />22 <br />23 E. Driveways: No driveway at a property line shall be less than fifty feet (50') from the intersection of <br />24 two (2) street right-of-way lines. (Ord. 309,12-13-60; amd. Signs: Each service station may have one pylon sign not in excess of sixty four (64) square feet per <br />27 side nor more than twenty feet (20') in height erected within the front yard and no part of the sign <br />28 shall be less than fifteen feet (15') from a property line (horizontal distance). The pylon shall not <br />29 be less than fifteen feet (15') from a driveway or driveway entrance. COrd. 342, 10-13-61) <br />30 <br />31 G. Other Products: If service stations sell products other than gas, oil, and other petroleum products, <br />32 auto parts and accessories, or sales from minor vending machine products, then all other retail <br />33 sales shall be conducted only in compliance with all requirements and conditions for sales within a <br />34 convenience store as in B-3 Districts.
