B. Off-Street Parking: See Section 1018. C. Prahibited Uses:. Residential, cammercial and public uses such as schaals and churches shall be prahibited uses in industrial zaning districts. (Ord. 1173, 9-23-1996) D. Perfarmance Standards: 1. Naise: Any use established in an industrial district shall be sa aperated that nO' naise resulting fram said operation which wauld canstitute a nuisance is perceptible beyand the premises. This daes nat apply to' incidental traffic, parking and aff-street laading aperations. 2. Smake And Particulate Matter: The emissian of smoke or particulate matter is prahibited where such emissian is perceptible beyand the premises to' the degree as to' canstitute a nUIsance. 3. Taxic Or Naxiaus Matter: NO' use shall, far any period of time, discharge across the boundaries afthe lat wherein it is lacated, taxic ar naxiaus matter af such cancentratian as to be detrimental to' or endanger the public health, safety, comfart or welfare or cause injury ar damage to' praperty ar business. 4. Odars: The emission af odoraus matter in such quantities as to be readily detectable beyand the baundaries af the immediate site is prohibited. 5. Vibratians: Any use creating periadic earthshaking vibrations, such as are created by heavy drap farges ar heavy hydraulic surges, shall be prahibited if such vibratians are perceptible beyand the baundaries af the immediate site. 6. Glare Or Heat: Any aperatian praducing intense glare ar heat shall be perfarmed within a campletely enclased building. 7. Explasives: NO' activities involving the starage, utilizatian or manufacture of materials or products which cauld decampase by detanatian shall be permitted except such as are specifically licensed by the city cauncil. Such materials shall include, but nat be canfined to', all primary explasives such as lead axide and lead sulfate; all high explasives and boosters such as TNT, RDS, tetryl and ammanium nitrate; prapellants and campanents thereaf such as nitro cellulase, black pawder, ammanium perchlorate and nitrO' glycerin; blasting explasives such as dynamite, pawdered magnesium, patassium chlarate, potassium permanganates and patassium nitrate, and nuclear fuels and reactar elements such as uranium 235 and plutanium. Yards: Between each newly erected building and the street upan which it faces, there shall be pravided a frant yard which shall be landscaped and kept clear af all structures, starage and emplayee parking spaces as nated in subsectians A thraugh E afthis sectian.
