<br />1007.04: 1-2A MODIFIED GENERAL INDUSTRIAL DISTRICTS: <br />The 1-2 Madified Industrial District is designed primarily far general industrial uses, but affers <br />an appartunity far callecting and pracessing af inorganic materials and industrial wastes. It is a <br />camplementary and suppartive use area to' the general industrial uses. The 1-2A Modified <br />General Industrial District is intended for certain areas designated as I Industrial areas in the <br />Camprehensive Plan. <br />A. Permitted, Accessory, and Canditianal Uses: A modified general industrial district (I-2A) is <br />established in which the uses are set farth in Sectian 1007.015. <br />B. Uses Allawed By Canditional Use Permits: <br />1. All canditianal uses in 1-2 districts as set forth in Sectian 1007.015. <br />2. The callectian, processing, treatment and distributian af inorganic metal wastes consisting <br />af metal campounds, salutions, sludges and liquids and the callectian, bulking, <br />separation, additian af absarbents and distributian of organic industrial wastes. Neither <br />the inarganic nar the arganic industrial wastes may include explasives as defined in title <br />18 USC, sectian 841 (c) (d) and 27 CFR 55.23. <br />3. Cantral Measures: The city cauncil may require cantral measures including, but not <br />limited to', the fallawing: <br />Security afpremises and buildings, access to' and egress fram site, routing of vehicular <br />traffic an public streets, security methods for delivery and pickup, stann drainage and <br />spillage cantral facilities, haurs af aperatian, naise impact, liability for and cantral af <br />unautharized delivery, impact on cantiguaus praperty and fire pratectian.
