Taxic Or Naxious Matter: NO' use shall, far any peri ad of time, discharge across the 26 baundaries af the lat wherein it is lacated, taxic ar naxiaus matter of such cancentratian as 27 to' be detrimental to' or endanger the public health, safety, camfart ar welfare or cause injury 28 ar damage to' property or business. 29 4. Odors: The emissian af adaraus matter in such quantities as to' be readily detectable 30 beyand the baundaries af the immediate site is prahibited. 31 5. Vibrations: Any use creating periadic earthshaking vibratians, such as are created by 32 heavy drop forges or heavy hydraulic surges, shall be prohibited if such vibratians are 33 perceptible beyand the baundaries af the immediate site. 34 6. Glare Or Heat: Any operatian producing intense glare or heat shall be perfarmed within a 35 campletely enclased building. 36 7. Explasives: NO' activities invalving the storage, utilization or manufacture of materials or 37 products which could decampase by detanatian shall be permitted except such as are 38 specifically licensed by the city cauncil. Such materials shall include, but nat be canfined to', 39 all primary explasives such as lead axide and lead sulfate; all high explosives and baasters 40 such as TNT, RDS, tetryl and ammanium nitrate; propellants and camponents thereof such 41 as nitrocellulase, black powder, ammanium perchlarate and nitroglycerin; blasting 42 explasives such as dynamite, pawdered magnesium, potassium chlarate, potassium 43 permanganates and patassium nitrate, and nuclear fuels and reactar elements such as 44 uranium 235 and plutanium.
