Van Paaling Pragrams: Where a van paaling program exists far emplayees af a user af <br />41 property in an industrial district and such prO' gram reduces the need for parking spaces, the <br />42 number af parking spaces nat needed because af such prO' gram may be reduced from the <br />43 requirements af subsectian F2 af this sectian. Space sufficient to' accommadate such reduced <br />44 number af parking spaces shall be maintained as apen space and shall be canverted to' <br />45 parking spaces in the event that the prO' gram is terminated or if its effectiveness in reducing <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />4 <br />
