Currently, Mr. Gleason has a 16~ 1/2 foot wide driveway that <br />extends straight to the street. The proposed driveway would add 9-1/2 feet of parking area along <br />the south side of the attached garage and taper to the street creating a 26 foot wide access. Based <br />on this proposal the driveway would lie 2 feet from the south property line, requiring a three foot <br />SETBACK PERMIT. <br /> <br />COMMENTS: <br />
