<br />The lO-day Setback Permit appeal time line (by you or adjoining property owners) will expire at <br />4:30 p.m. on Friday, October 3, 2003. You may begin the building permit application process <br />prior to that but no permit will be issued until October 6,2003. <br /> <br />The City Planner does not anticipate an appeal from the effected neighbors and suggests that <br />your contact Gerry Proulx, Residential Building Inspector at 651-490-2233 to review your <br />construction plans and the building pem1it application process.
