<br />2.10 Section 9 - Parks: No major changes to this section of the Plan for 2003. <br /> <br />2.11 Section 10 - Commnnity Facilities: The Department of Public Works/Engineering has created <br />digital mapping for the City's sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water main, and all public easements. <br />Updated maps will be incorporated into the 2003 affirmation. <br /> <br />2.12 Section 11 Implementation Strategies: The City of Roseville continues as a partner in the North <br />Metro I-35W Corridor Coalition, a collaborative planning process for the 35W that included four <br />other cities. In addition, the City is a partner in a joint Geographic Information Systems (GIS) <br />venture with Ramsey County local units of government in the sharing of GIS technology and <br />resources. <br /> <br />2.13 Section 12 - Appendices: Comprehensive Plan Appendices, Book 2 continues to be updated to <br />retain implementation programs and other works for each Section. It also contains a summary of <br />the five-year capital improvement program consistent with the Comprehensive Plan. Starting with <br />this edition of the Plan, the appendices will only be available on CDs, in order to reduce costs and <br />save storage, paper and printing. <br /> <br />3.0 STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />3.1 The Community Development Department recommends approval of the revisions. <br /> <br />4.0 PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />4.1 On December 3, 2003, the Planning CommissiolJ. held the hearing on the (2003) <br />Comprehensive Plan Revisions and recommended approval of the revisions. <br />4.2 Assuming that the City Council concurs with the Plarilling Commission's <br />recommendations of December 3,2003, copies of the Plan are distributed via the Internet <br />and compact disc. Copies are also sent to the Met.
