<br />Development of the Guptil site, per the recommendations outlined in the study, could begin in <br />the Spring of 2004. <br /> <br />STUDY PARTICIPATION <br /> <br />The study group should include, at a minimum, representatives of the McCarron's Lake <br />Neighborhood, affected property owners, developers, the HRA and Planning Commission. <br />Progress reports on the study process will be provided (and posted on the city web site) to all. <br /> <br />STAFF. HRA and COMMISSION ASSISTANCE <br /> <br />The Community Development and HRA staff will be assigned to administer the study process. <br />An HRA board member and Planning Commission member will be assigned as public officials <br />assigned to co-chair the study. <br /> <br />INTERIM MAINTENANCE AT 185 N. McCARRONS BOULEVARD <br /> <br />Dennis Guptil (attached letter) has agreed to maintain the property at 185 North McCarrons <br />Boulevard to meet the City of Roseville property standards: <br />1. Regularly mow the grass to a <br />height of 8 inches or less <br />2. Regularly pick up debris such as <br />leaves, limbs and garbage on the <br />site <br />3.
