City Council Anticipated Action: December 15, 2003 2.0 SUMMARY OF RECOMMENDATIONS: 2.1 The Community Development Staff recommends approval of a 39 foot VARIANCE to Section 1016.16A, a VARIANCE to Section 1016.16B1, and a 18 foot VARIANCE to Section 1016.22C3 of the Roseville City Code for Jim Badzinski to allow the replacement and expansion of an existing deck to within 8 feet ofthe top of bluff by constructing a 12 foot by 12 foot deck addition on to the rear of the home (Lakeshore side) at 381 South Owasso Boulevard West, subject to conditions. 3.0 SUGGESTED ACTION: 3.1 By motion recommend approval w/conditions (see Section 7 for detailed action).
