City Council Action: Approval w/conditions, December 15,2003 <br /> <br />2.0 SUMMARY OF RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> <br />2.1 The ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION recommends approval of a 39 foot <br />VARIANCE to Section 1016.16A, a VARIANCE to Section 1016.16Bl, and a 18 foot <br />VARIANCE to Section 1016.22C3 of the Roseville City Code for Jim Badzinski to <br />allow the replacement and expansion of an existing deck to within 8 feet of the top of <br />bluff by constructing a 12 foot by 12 foot deck addition on to the rear of the home <br />(Lake shore side) at 381 South Owasso Boulevard West, subj ect to conditions. <br /> <br />3.0 SUGGESTED ACTION: <br /> <br />3.1 By motion recommend approval w/conditions (see Section 8 for detailed action). <br /> <br />PF3540 ReA 121503 - Page 1 of6 <br />
