<br />i. The existing driveway and curb cut must be removed from the south side of the <br />parcel. <br /> <br />j. The review and approval of a building permit must be consistent with the <br />approved plans and variance. <br /> <br />8.2 ADOPT A RESOLUTION DENYING A VARIANCE TO SECTION l004.02D5 <br />(Dwelling Dimensions - Rear Yard Setback) of the Roseville City Code, based on <br />the following findings( as recommended by the Planning Commission): <br /> <br />a. The property can be put to a reasonable use under the official controls of the City <br />of Roseville, without a variance. <br /> <br />b. The plight of the property owner is due to his interest in constructing an oversized <br />attached garage that encroached into the required rear yard setback. <br /> <br />c. The improvement, if approved, would change the character of the existing home <br />and neighborhood. <br /> <br />d.
