Drive In Restaurant: LA" drive in restaurant is a restaurant where a majority of the <br />customers order and consume their food in an automobile parked on the premises. <br />(Ord. 805,3 1177) <br /> <br />D. Restaurant. Class IV - Traditional w/On-Sale Liquor Service (full service <br />bar): An establishment where customers are served their food in or on non- <br />disposable dishes to be consumed primarily while seated at tables or booths <br />within a building that is licensed to serve on-sale liquor which are consumed on <br />the premises. This type of restaurant may offer as an accessory use take-out and <br />lor deli facilities, live entertainment or dancing. <br /> <br />E. Restaurant. Class V - Drive-In: An establishment that serves food in or on <br />either disposable or non-disposable dishes where customers primarily order and <br />consume food within their vehicles. <br /> <br />F. Restaurant. Class VI. Take Out and Deliverv: An establishment which by <br />design of physical facilities, services, or packaging procedures, permits or <br />encourages the purchase of prepared readv-to-eat foods to be either picked-up or <br />delivered for off premises consumption. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. Section 1005 (Business Districts) is hereby amended by modifying the following <br />subsections as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1005.03, B-I-B, Limited Retail District: <br /> <br />Section 1005.03A2: Restaurants over 5,000 square feet in area. Restaurant, Class I, II, III, IV, <br />and VI, excluding live entertainment or dancing. <br /> <br />Section 1005.03B6: Restaurant, Class II where drive-through facilities are provided, Class IV <br />including live entertainment and patron dancing, except that such entertainment shall not include <br />non-patron dancers or models, and Class V. <br /> <br />Section 1005.03B6 (1005.05A19): Restaurants including live entertainment and dancing. <br />Eliminate this Code Section. <br /> <br />Section 1005.04, B-2, Retail Business District: <br /> <br />Section 1005.04A8: Cafe or coffee shop. Eliminate the Code Section. <br /> <br />Section 1005.04A53: Restaurants, when no entertainment or dancing is provided but excluding <br />food take out or self service restaurants (Ord. 656, 10 18 71). Restaurant, Class I, II, III, IV, and <br />VI, excluding live entertainment and dancing. <br />
