<br />Bloomington City Chapter 19 page 8 <br /> <br />Page 4 of 4 <br /> <br />centers, and for highway- or automobile-oriented businesses. <br />(b) Permitted uses- <br />(1) Retail sales. <br />(2) Service stations. <br />(3) Offices, Business and Profession. <br />(4) Business Services. <br />(5) Personal Services. <br />(6) Licensed therapeutic massage enterprises. <br />(7) Public and Public Utility Uses. <br />(c) Permitted accessory uses - <br />(1) Reserved. <br />(2) Off-street parking and off-street loading. <br />(3) Class II motor vehicle sales accessory to Class I motor vehicle sales. <br />(4) Repair of motor vehicles accessory to Class I motor vehicle sales. <br />(d) Conditional uses - <br />(1) Car washes. <br />(2) Class I motor vehicle sales. <br />(3) Restaurants, including drive-in and take-out restaurants. <br />(4) Reserved. <br />(5) Pawn shops. <br />(6) Commercial recreation. <br />(7) Currency exchange businesses. <br />(8) Towers. For related provisions see Sections 15.14, 19.47, and 19.63.05 of this <br />Code. <br />(e) Special Provisions - <br />(1) All buildings erected on lands within General Business (B-3) Zoning Districts <br />shall be of steel, reinforced concrete, Type III construction, masonry <br />construction, or an equivalent or better. No building shall be constructed of <br />Type V construction. Exterior wall surfaces of all buildings shall be faced <br />with face brick, stone, architectural concrete cast-in-place or precast <br />concrete panel, or an equivalent or better. Up to 15 percent of any wall <br />surface of a building may be wood or metal used as architectural trim, as <br />approved by the Issuing Authority. <br />(2) No permit for development within the B-3 District shall be issued by the City <br />until final site and building plans have been reviewed by the Planning <br />Commission and approved by the City Council, subject to the provisions of <br />Section 19.40.12 of this Code. <br />(3) Structure height shall be regulated pursuant to Section 19.47 of this Code. <br />(f) Sign Regulations.
