F No additional accessory buildings or expansion of impervious area being allowed. 7.0 PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: 7.1 On March 5, 2003, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the Boerigter variance request, at which hearing no citizens addressed the Commission. 7.2 Commissioner Mulder expressed his opposition to the location of the porch, indicating that an alternative did exist that would elevate the need for the 9 foot front yard setback vanance. 7.3 The Commission voted (5-1) to recommend approval of the request for a 1,780 square foot (12%) variance to Section 1004.01A6 (impervious coverage) and a 9 foot variance to Section 1004.02D5 (front yard setback) of the Roseville City Code for Daniel Boerigter, 2080 Farrington Avenue, based on the findings in Section 5 and conditions of Section 6 of the project report dated March 5, 2003. 8.0 SUGGESTED PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: 8.1 Adopt a resolution approving a 1,780 square foot (12%) variance to Section 1004.01A6 (impervious coverage) and a 9 foot variance to Section 1004.02D5 (front yard setback) of the Roseville City Code for Daniel Boerigter, to allow construction of living area, a front porch, covered deck and sidewalk his home and parcel at 2080 Farrington Avenue, based on the findings in Section 5 and conditions of Section 6 of the project report dated March 31, 2003.
