Anticipated Council Action - March 31, 2003 <br /> <br />2.0 SUMMARY OF RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> <br />2.1 The Community Development Staff recommends approval of ai, 780 square foot (12%) <br />variance to Section 1004.01A6 and an 9 foot variance to Section 1004.02D5 of the <br />Roseville City Code for John Williams to allow the construction of an additional 1,125 <br />square feet of living area, a 72 square foot front porch, a 111 square foot covered deck, <br />and 441 square feet of sidewalk improvements to his home at 2080 Farrington Avenue, <br />subject to conditions. <br /> <br />3.0 SUGGESTED ACTION: <br /> <br />3.1 By motion recommend approval w/conditions (see Section 7 for more detail). <br /> <br />Project information and detailed recommendation on following pages. <br /> <br />PF3452 - RPCA 020503 - Page 1 of 6 <br />
