I have reviewed the information submitted and conclude <br />that your application is complete, which application has been placed on the March 5, 2003 <br />Planning Commission agenda for variance consideration. <br /> <br />Your proposal requires two specific variances, one to Section 1004.01A6 pertaining to <br />impervious coverage and the second to Section 1004.02D5 pertaining to the front yard setback of <br />the structure. The public hearing process before the Planning Commission does require your <br />attendance at the hearing, which begins at 6:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers.
