At this time Greenworks will also address the dead/damaged <br />plantings, spacing of planting,. edging and mulch issues that you would like addressed. I understand that <br />Riley Eckerman has dropped off the irrigation as built drawing to your attention; the Letter of <br />Conformance will follow as soon as I receive the letter from our contractor. <br /> <br />Mark Nelson from United Properties, is to contact you in regards to the retaining wail at the garden plot. <br /> <br />The spade"dugtress will be reevaluated in the Spring of2005, to determine if removal is heoessary. <br /> <br />The location of the monument is not placed as shown on the landscape pl~ but it is placed per the <br />, drawing that was issued to the City ofRoseville for the sign permit. <br /> <br />The issue of the grading at the building is currently being discussed with the civil engineer, and we hope <br />to have a solution within a week. I can tell you that our grades, if not perfect, do slope away from the <br />building and since we have addressed a few areas of f6iling waterproofmg we have not experienced water <br />in the basement. <br /> <br />As you are aware, this list is going to hold up Our Certificate of Occupancy. I ask that you contact me if <br />the plan that we have put into place is not up to your standard or you would like a finner commi1ment 011 <br />any of these issues.
