Heeren, attorney for Cleon Garley, Owner <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />Dennis Welsch, Community Development Director, Roseville <br />Date Sent: 02/20/04 <br />Time Sent: 9:00 a.m. <br /> <br />Comments: I have reviewed the count of parking on the above mentioned parcel and found <br />that 190 to 191 spaces can be configured on that site and that this total number of spaces meets <br />the City Code requirement of 2 spaces per unit. The Code states that one space per unit must be <br />in a garage, one may be outside. The site conforms to this requirement. <br /> <br />Further, with the revised legal description as explained in the February 17, 2004 correspondence <br />(from Langel to Heeren), the parking along the south parking lot edge at 2815 Pascal does meet <br />the 5 foot side yard parking space setback. <br /> <br />Dennis P .
