The City's response to
the conditions set forth in your letter is as follows:

1. Parking Spaces. The revised legal description for the easement is as follows:

The southerly 35 feet of the easterly 173.35 feet of Lot 1, Block 2,
Hamline Court, Ramsey County, Minnesota, according to the plat of
record.

AND

The southerly 30 feet of the westerly 120 feet of Lot 1, Block 2,
Hamline Court, Ramsey County, Minnesota, according to the plat of
record.

This revised legal description basically reduces the easement by five feet in the area of
the parking lot so that the most southerly parking spaces can be utilized in accordance with the
setback requirements. The City will issue a confirmation from a City Inspector indicating that,
pursuant to the Inspector's calculations, the property has 190 or 191 usable parking stalls.
