<br />part, its successors and assigns, perpetual easement for underground
<br />sewer mains, pipes and appurtenancesto an approximate depth of 5-26
<br />feet over and across a strip of land in the Village of Roseville,
<br />Ramsey County, Minnesota, as follows: The Nly 30 feet of the Sly 345
<br />feet of the NE! of the SW! of Sec. 3, T.29, R.23, except the E. 400
<br />feet of the N. 500 feet of the S. 860 feet of the E! of said NEl
<br />of the SW!, which easement shall include the perpetual right of said
<br />Village of Roseville, its successors or assigns, to construct,
<br />maintain, operate and repair underground sewer mains, pipes and
<br />appurtenances over and across the strip of land hereinbefore described
<br />together with perpetual easement for ingreSS and egress, all without
<br />additional compens~~ion.
