Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning Amendments) <br />and Section 1008 (Planned Unit Developments) of the City Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, <br />and after the City Council consideration on PF 3457, the following property, generally located at <br />2800 Arona Street, City of Roseville, is hereby rezoned from B-1 Limited Business District to a <br />Planned Unit Development with underlying zoning ofR-1 Single Family Residence, R-3 General <br />Residence District, and R-6 Townhouse District.. <br />Xi <br />The property being legally described as: Applewood Pointe of Arona, City of Roseville, <br />Ramsey County, shall include the following: <br /> <br />Block 1, Lots 1-19 shall be a portion of the Planned Unit Development with underlying <br />zoning of R-6 Townhouse District <br /> <br />Block 2, Lots 1-7 shall be a portion of the Planned Unit Development with underlying <br />zoning of R-l Single Family Residence District <br /> <br />Block 3, Lot 1 shall be shall be a portion of the Planned Unit Development with <br />underlying zoning of R-3 General Residence District <br /> <br />Outlot ''A'' shall be shall be a portion of the Planned Unit Development with <br />underlying zoning of R-3 General Residence District. <br /> <br />Outlot "B" and "C" shall be a portion of the Planned Unit Development with <br />underlying zoning of R-1 Single Family Residence District <br /> <br /> <br />
