Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code shall take effect <br /> <br />upon: <br /> <br />1. The passage and publication of this ordinance. <br />2. Recording of said plat "Applewood Pointe of Arona" with Ramsey County. <br />3. The execution of the Planned Unit Development Agreement by the City and <br />property owners. <br />4.
