<br />8.7 Utility & Drainage Easements. The DEVELOPER is responsible for creating, <br />dedicating and/or granting specific easements pertaining to public utility services, <br />site access, shared parking as approved by the City and as described in the City of <br />Roseville Subdivision and Public Improvement Contract, and the storm water <br />pond as approved by Rice Creek Watershed. <br /> <br />8.8 Park and Pond Conveyance and Construction.
