<br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE CITY CODE, CHANGING <br />THE ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPPERTY AT 563 <br />COUNTY ROAD B FROM B-1 LIMITED BUSINESS DISTRICT TO A <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT WITH UNDERLYING ZONING OF <br />R-3, GENERAL RESIDENCE DISTRICT <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br /> <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning <br />Amendments) and Section 1008 (Planned Unit Developments) of the City Zoning Code <br />of the City of Roseville, and after the City Council consideration on PF3460, the <br />following property addressed at 563 County Road B, City of Roseville, is hereby rezoned <br />from B-1 Limited Business District to a Planned Unit Development with underlying <br />zoning of R-3 General Residence District: <br /> <br />Lots 4, 5, 6, and 7, Block 2, Mount Dale Addition and the East 120.0 feet of the <br />West 488.3 feet of the South 258.0 feet of the Southwest IA of the Southwest IA of <br />Section 12, Township 29, Range 23 (subject to road). <br />PIN 12-2923-33-0020 & 12-2923-33-0021 <br /> <br />After Re-Platting To be Known as: <br />Block 1, Lot 1, Good Samaritan First Addition, <br />City of Roseville, Ramsey County <br /> <br />Section 2. Planned Unit Development #_. The Planned Unit Development <br />standards and conditions of approval adopted for these properties shall be in addition to <br />all other applicable zoning requirements. <br /> <br />Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code shall <br />take effect upon: <br /> <br />1. The passage and publication of this ordinance. <br />2. Recording of said plat "Good Samaritan First Addition" with Ramsey <br />County. <br />3. The execution of the Planned Unit Development Agreement by the City <br />and property owners. <br />4. The recording of the PUD documents with Ramsey County. <br /> <br />Passed this 21st day of July, 2003. <br />
