<br />Community Development Department <br />651-490-2279 . fax: 651-490-2931 <br /> <br />April 28, 2003 <br /> <br />Mr. Gerald Voermans <br />1251 Roma Avenue <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />RE: City Council action on Land Use Variance request; 1251 Roma, Roseville (PF#3462) <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Voermans: <br /> <br />This letter is to confim1 that on April 28, 2003, the Roseville City Council approved your request for the <br />503 square foot Variance to Section 1004.0 1A6, to allow for the construction of a home addition, front <br />stoop and sidewalk on your property located at 1251 Roma. <br /> <br />The Roseville City Council adopted a Resolution (a draft copy of which is attached) approving your <br />request, based on the following conditions: <br /> <br />A. The proposed improvements not exceed 3,743 square feet or 35% of the parcel size. <br /> <br />B. The additions must match or be similar to that of the existing building in color and/or <br />materials. <br /> <br />c. Gutters and downspouts being placed along the eve of the addition/home where <br />appropriate to properly direct roof drainage onto the subject parcel and away from <br />neighboring properties. <br /> <br />D. No additional accessory buildings, a garden shed, or garage addition being allowed <br />without an approved variance. <br /> <br />E. The review and approval of a building permit consistent with the approved plans and <br />vanance. <br /> <br />You will receive a final copy of the resolution upon its execution by the appropriate City officers. Please <br />review the conditions listed within the draft resolution. The City will record a similar copy of this <br />resolution with Ramsey County. Recording of the resolution against your property binds you and/or other <br />succeeding property owners to all the terms and conditions stipulated in the City Council's approved <br />resolution.
