<br />1 <br />2 Member Traynor found that there is an appropriate alternative and he will not support the <br />3 proposal. <br />4 <br />5 Member Bakeman also will not support the proposal; too many walls and clutter along <br />6 Victoria and an option exists. <br />7 <br />8 Vice Chair Mulder also will oppose the variance because an option exists that does not <br />9 require a separate motion. <br />10 <br />11 Motion: Member Bakeman moved, seconded by Member Traynor to recommend denial <br />12 of a VARIANCE to Section 1004.01A7 of the Roseville City Code for Kenneth Berger, <br />13 based on the findings that options are available to add on to the existing garage and <br />14 property can be put to a reasonable use without a variance. <br />15 <br />16 Ayes: 3, Mulder, Traynor, Bakeman <br />17 Nays: 2, Peper, Ipsen <br />18 Motion carried. <br />19 <br />
