<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES <br />OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 15th day of December 2003, at <br />6:30 p.m.. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Klausing, Maschka, Schroeder, Kough and Kysylyczyn, <br />and the following members were absent: none <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />RESOLUTION REVISING AND UPDATING BUILDING PERMIT <br />AND ASSOCIATED PERMIT FEES OF THE <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is City policy to charge user fees for services provided rather than support <br />such services with property taxes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is City policy to maintain a quality service and to do that the City must <br />remain current with permit fees to cover the costs of providing the service, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Code provides for fees to be reviewed and approved by the City <br />Council from time to time, by resolution. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville that the attached Building Permit and associated Permit Fees Schedule for the <br />Community Development Department, City of Roseville, is hereby approved and adopted by the <br />City Council this 15th day of December, 2003. <br /> <br />3 <br />
