Vehicles Impeding Road And Utility Repair: Any vehicle which is impeding <br />public road or utility repair, construction or maintenance activities after <br />reasonable notice of the improper activities has been given to the vehicle <br />owner or user at least twelve (12) hours in advance, is declared to be a public <br />nuisance. (407.0203) <br /> <br />4. Vehicles Without License Plates: Any vehicle shall be deemed to be junked or <br />abandoned vehicle if said vehicle does not have attached thereto a valid and <br />current license plate issued by the proper State agency. (407.0204) <br /> <br />5. All unnecessary vehicle tuning and repair noises and annoying vibrations. <br />(407.03E) <br /> <br />6. The outside piling, storing or keeping of old machinery, rusting metal <br />inoperable/unusable equipment, or other debris visible on private or public <br />property. (407.03H) <br /> <br />7. The storing of the following things for a period longer than seventy two (72) <br />hours in the front yard of any residential zoned area: (407.03QI) <br /> <br />a. Trailers of any kind, unless supporting a boat of twenty feet (20') or less. <br />(407.03Ql ) <br /> <br />b. Boats or watercraft of any kind in excess of twenty feet (20'). <br />(407.03Qa,b,c,d) <br /> <br />c. Inoperative motor vehicles of any type. (407.03Qa,b,c,d) <br /> <br />d. Campers and camper buses. (407.03Qa,b,c,d) <br /> <br />G. Abatement Of Vehicles: <br /> <br />1. Impounding: Any police officer or other duly authorized person may order <br />any vehicle constituting a public nuisance to be immediately removed and/or <br />impounded. The impounded vehicle shall be surrendered to the duly identified <br />owner by the towing contractor only upon payment of the required impound, <br />towing and storage fees. (407.02Pi) <br /> <br />2. Sale: Notice and sale of any vehicle impounded under this Chapter shall be <br />conducted in accordance with Minnesota Statutes chapter 168B governing the <br />sale of abandoned motor vehicles. (407.02P2) <br /> <br />Section 1005.0165.
