Obstruction or blocking of City-owned non-motorized pathways, sidewalks, or <br />designated bicycle routes, by any means, including, but not limited to, the parking <br />of vehicles or storage of snow, is prohibited. (703.10) <br /> <br />B. Dangers Attractive To Children: All dangerous, unguarded machinery, equipment <br />or other property in any public place or so situated or operated on private property <br />as to attract minor children. (407.031) <br /> <br />C. Interfering With Drainage: Placing entrance culverts or doing any act which may <br />alter or affect the drainage of public streets or alleys or the surface or grade of <br />public streets, alleys or sidewalks without proper permit. (407.03L) <br /> <br />D. Repairing Vehicles Or Tires In Streets: Making repairs to motor vehicles or tires <br />in public streets or alleys, excepting only emergency repairs when it will not <br />unduly impede or interfere with traffic. (407.03M) <br /> <br />E. Trash In Streets: Throwing, placing, depositing or burning leaves, trash, lawn <br />clippings, weeds, grass or other material in the streets, alleys or gutters. (407.03N) <br /> <br />F. Unauthorized Signs: Erecting, painting or placing of unauthorized traffic signs or <br />advertising signs in streets, alleys or on sidewalks. (407.030) <br /> <br />G. On any private parking lots within the City, the following rules shall apply: (602.10) <br /> <br />1. The Police Department may post signs at any entrances to a private parking <br />lot from a public street which shall designate one-way traffic for entrance or <br />exit. The driver of any vehicle entering or leaving such lot shall comply with <br />anyone-way signs so posted. (602.10A) <br /> <br />2. No person shall operate a motor vehicle at a speed greater than is safe and <br />reasonable under the conditions of then existing traffic and in no event exceed <br />a speed of fifteen (15) miles per hour. (602.1OB) <br /> <br />3. Vehicles parking on such lots shall conform to any stalls or positions for <br />parking designated on the surface of the parking area. (602.1OC) <br /> <br />4. No vehicle shall be parked or allowed to stand in any area of such parking lot <br />which has been designated or is used for a lane for moving traffic so as to <br />interfere with the movement of traffic. (602.IDO) <br /> <br />5. No motor vehicle shall be parked or allowed to stand in such a lot at a curb <br />which is painted yellow. (602.1OE) <br /> <br />19 <br />
