Chapter 1018 (Parking) and Section 1018.01 through Section 1018.15 is <br />13 hereby created as follows. <br />14 <br />15 Section 1018.01. Parking Requirements. <br />16 <br />17 A. Purpose. The purpose of regulating of parking and loading is to alleviate or <br />18 prevent congestion of the public and private right-of-ways to promote the safety <br />19 and general welfare of the public. This ordinance is a comprehensive section <br />20 containing all parking regulations adopted by the City of Roseville, divided into <br />21 the following sections. <br />22 <br />23 B. Section 1018.01. Purpose <br />24 Section 1018.02. Application of Parking Requirements <br />25 Section 1018.03. Site Plan Drawing Necessary <br />26 Section 1018.04. Parking: Landscape Requirements <br />30 Section 1018.08. Number of Spaces Required <br />31 Section 1018.09. Restricted and Handicapped Parking <br />32 Section 1018.10. Joint Parking Facilities <br />33 Section 1018.11. Special Parking Provisions or Districts <br />34 Section 10 18.12. Proof of Parking Provisions <br />35 Prohibitions and Nuisances: <br />36 Section 10 18.13. Off-Street Parking Prohibitions and Nuisances <br />37 Section 1018.14. In order to regulate parking and loading, the following minimum requirements <br />43 have been established for vehicle parking and loading in accordance with the use <br />44 of various parcels of land and structures.
