Site Plan Drawing Necessary <br /> <br />A. All applications for a building permit, in all districts, shall include a site plan, <br />drawn to scale and dimensioned, which in part depicts the location of vehicle <br />parking and loading areas in compliance with the following requirements. N <br /> <br />Section 1018.04. General Provisions <br /> <br />A. Aisles shall be provided for ingress and egress and shall be a <br />minimum of twenty four feet (24') in width (for 90 degree parking). <br />(J004.01D)( 1007.01 Fl) <br /> <br />B. General Density Requirements, Exceptions And Credits: <br /> <br />1. The total minimum lot requirements for structures housing three (3) or more <br />dwelling units in any R District may be reduced by one hundred (l00) square <br />feet per dwelling unit if the property involved is contiguous to a B or an I <br />District. (J004.01B) <br /> <br />2. The total minimum lot area requirements for structures housing three (3) or <br />more dwelling units in any R District may be decreased by three hundred <br />(300) square feet for each parking space that is provided under the principal <br />use structure or, in some other manner, underground which allows use of the <br />grade level above such space for other parking, yard or recreation space. <br />( J004.01B) <br /> <br />C. General Lighting Regulations: Any illumination, whether affixed to a building or <br />otherwise, within a lot in any R District shall not be permitted to beam beyond the <br />lot lines wherein it is located.
