Here's the letter you requested we send. <br /> <br />We have re-traced our steps and done everything your letter specifies another <br />time: found the corner pin markers with a metal detector and verified the distance to the <br />foundation. We may be off by a couple inches, but it still appears to us that the property <br />line is about 13 feet from the back of the curb (maybe an inch or so less) and the <br />foundation more than 30 feet from there (about 8 or 9 inches more). <br /> <br />We would welcome a site inspection and have you check out our measurements. <br /> <br />
