<br />1. The provision of an accurately scaled site plan indicating existing and proposed <br />conditions, allowing the Community development Staff to verify existing and <br />proposed lot coverage. <br /> <br />2. The parcel being limited to 4,171 square feet of impervious coverage. <br /> <br />3. The porch addition being limited to a size of 15 feet by 15 feet or 225 square feet. <br /> <br />4. Gutters being installed on the structure to properly direct rain water and snow <br />melt away from adjacent residential parcels. <br /> <br />5. The review and approval of a building permit consistent with the approved plans <br />and variance. The new building to match the existing building in color and/or <br />materials. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />and the following voted against: <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
