From my experience I feel <br />that in this case there is not a hardship that would justify the variances. This is a residence <br />that at the time of purchase in late summer, 2002, was a 3 bedroom rambler with a <br />finished basement, including a 4th bedroom and bathroom. It also had a detached 2 car <br />garage. All this is in character with this 3 block neighborhood. <br />Please review 5.9 A, B, and C. <br /> <br />This was a livable house built in the mid 1960' s.
