<br /> <br />June 19, 2003 <br /> <br />Ms. Sylvia Sieferman <br />420 Ten'ace Drive <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />RE: City Council Approval of Requested Variance, PF3481. <br /> <br />Dear Ms. Sieferman: <br /> <br />This letter is to confirm that on June 16,2003, the Roseville City Council approved your request <br />(by adoption of a Resolution) for a VARIANCE to Section 1004.0 lA6 (Maximum Total Surface <br />Area) of the Roseville City Code to allow the construction of a family room and future pool on <br />the premises. <br /> <br />On a related matter, the City Council was not required to take action of your request for a front <br />yard setback encroachment due to the item being withdrawn from consideration prior to the <br />Council meeting. <br /> <br />A copy of the approved resolution is attached for your records. Please review the conditions <br />listed in the approved resolution.
