I share the concerns stated in the <br />letter to you from Darrell and Sandy Wondra regarding the variance request <br />for 420 Terrace Drive. Though the city encourages the remodeling of older <br />existing homes, I believe that the plans for this project are overly <br />ambitious and will result in a home that would be very unique in this <br />. location. A more acceptable alternative would be that the proposed project <br />stay within current variance limits as other residents have done in the <br />past.
