<br /> <br />June 5, 2003 <br /> <br />Dear Roseville Property Owner: <br /> <br />NOTICE OF APPEAL OF ISSUANCE OF SETBACK PERMIT: <br /> <br />Kurt Viggers and Barbara Willett, 586 Heinel Drive have appealed the following setback request <br />and subsequent decision to approve the setback request with conditions. <br /> <br />Mr. Brent Jordahl, 562 Heinel Drive, desires to construct a garage addition to his <br />existing attached two-stall garage. The proposed 10- foot wide by 23 foot deep addition <br />would come to within 3 feet 6 inches (as proposed on submitted site plan) of the side yard <br />(northeast) property line. The City Code requires a minimum setback of 5 feet from a side <br />yard property line for the Jordahl parcel. Mr. Jordahl seeks approval for a 1 foot 6 inch <br />Setback Permit prior to the issuance of a building permit. Of. ~~2.) <br /> <br />City Code Section 1013.05 B 11 states that if a written appeal of the Community Development <br />Director's Setback Permit decision is filed within 10 calendar days of the Director's decision, <br />with the City Manager, the City Council shall take up the appeal at a regular Council meeting <br />within 30 days of the appeal. The City Council will hear this case on Monday June 16,2003. The <br />Council meeting begins at 6:00pm.
