The applicant'S request for special use permit and variances <br />had previously been denied by the Council on May 17th. The reasons for re- <br />consideration are that the Canadian Financial Corporation ROW proposes to <br />c:onst'rUCt a five stoty seniors building ratheT than a 7 story building, to <br />redut:e the total JU.lri)er of units by 18, to delete the request for rezoning <br />and to include additional active recreational area for teenagers. The pro- <br />posed de\"elopnent will consist of a five story apartment b1.d1ding for the <br />elderly, 5 three stoty (Townhouse type) buildings and 5 t"-O stoty (toW.ouse <br />type) buildings.
